What’s the cost in my own currency?
We supply online photography courses all over the world however we are a UK company therefore the membership cost is charged in British Pounds. On checkout it will show the cost in British Pounds and will be converted into your currency when purchased. Next to the price you will also see the approx. US dollar equivalent. To get an accurate cost in your own currency use a Currency Converter. NB. US dollars quoted are as close as possible and updated on a monthly basis.
Can they cancel their membership?
Yes, cancelling their membership is simple. They log in, go to their account settings > Billing, and cancel their membership. Their membership will still be active for the duration of gift certificate. This information is also given to the recipient when they redeem their gift certificate.
Do they have to complete the monthly assignments?
No, they are optional, but they’re great fun and will seriously put their knowledge to the test!
Can I buy the monthly membership option as a gift instead?
No. I’m afraid we can only offer the yearly option as a gift at the moment.
Is there a time limit?
The recipient has up to one year to redeem the gift certificate.
How do they redeem their gift certificate?
You will be emailed a gift certificate which you can print out or forward onto the recipient. This will contain a unique code and full instructions on how they can redeem their gift. If they encounter any problems, they can simply contact us where we will be happy to help.
